NEW PROCESS

The NOC is to support video wall cubes (Light engines/LE cubes they may be referred to as) A case must be created and we will raise a PR appropriately. We must capture the following information:

• Serial number
• Number of hours on the LE
• Wall location name

IPG is a 3rd party Laser provider, they are currently working with Dolby to provide laser modules. These will be installed instead of the Christie Modules in new Dolby Eclipse installations.

These units differ from ours and we must engage IPG Support in order to resolve many of these issues.
